We at Reimer's Nursery would like to invite you to come see our wide selection of annual color flower flats grown on site in our state of the art greenhouse. We also have at our nursery a great selection of trees and shrubs as well as perennial color. Reimer's Nursery is unique as it is the only nursery in Kern County which grows annual flats of flowers for both residential and commercial use. The Reimer's Nursery staff prides itself on it's ability to plant and grow the highest quality annual and perennial plants. The process begins with Mr. Reimer purchasing the highest quality cultivars that perform well in our southern valley climate. Mr. Reimer and his son Jerrod then begin the delicate task of mixing the soil using the finest soil components. This fine soil recipe is known only to Mr. Reimer and his son Jerrod. The planting process is then completed with a newly purchased state of the art computerized seeding machine. Later the seedlings are planted into flats using a planting machine. This entire process is managed by our experienced production staff and closely monitored by Mr. Reimer. Once planted the flats of flowers are placed in our temperature controlled greenhouse which is equipped with an automatic watering system. After a few weeks the color flats are moved outdoors and once acclimated they are released for sale to wholesale and retail customers. Our flowers can then be seen brightening many commercial and residential locations throughout the Bakersfield area. Buck’s began in 1994 as a bulk materials supplier for landscapers and gardeners in Bakersfield. Over the years we have expanded our line to include over 40 different bulk products with bulk pricing.
